CAKE ORDER FORM
If you're interested in purchasing a cake and you're not really sure about what you want, I've attached a cake order form/worksheet for your convenience (click on "Cake Order Form" above). These are the questions I'll be asking you when you contact me. You'll need to download the form (choose DOCX for the Word document). Please insert your information (you will need to 'enable editing'), save it to your computer and then email it back to me at thecraftycouple@hotmail.com. This way, we both have all the information we need in one place and it will make the planning process a lot easier.Payment
Payment is due at pickup for most small orders. For wedding cakes or orders over $100.00, full payment is due prior to event date.

You might be wondering, "Where in the world do I start!?" Well first ----
Please contact me for a FREE cake sample. If you choose me to create your wedding cake, I require a $50 non-refundable deposit to SAVE THE DATE. Your $50 deposit will be used toward the balance due on your cake. Another perk of booking early --you'll receive a 10% discount from your bridal shower cake and/or groom's cake!
While we're on the topic of the groom's cake....Ordering a groom's cake to be served at the rehearsal dinner is becoming a popular option. It can be a smaller cake customized to your future hubby's interests rather than having a second cake at the reception.
Eventually, you're going to have to decide what you want.. You and your future husband ultimately get to choose the style and design of your cake. The options are endless and I have created a worksheet/form that may help. Please check out my "cake order form" listed above.
You're probably wondering about the price...While budgeting for your wedding cake, the best advice I can give you is to take how many guests you THINK you'll be inviting and multiply it times the serving prices listed below. For example: If you're thinking about inviting 150 people...
For a buttercream cake: 150 x $1.75 = $262.50
For a fondant covered cake: 150 x $2.25 = $337.50
Please remember, this is an estimated price and the complexity of the design & delivery charge will cause the price to increase.
Are you wondering about the tradition of saving your top tier as an anniversary cake? I include the top tier in my pricing, and here is why....You're only paying for the cake you're using! ...And, I include a complimentary 6" boxed cake for your anniversary cake!
Delivery/Setup: I charge $1.00 per mile (one way). I use yahoo maps to calculate the mileage.
If you're having a dessert/cookie table: I can also bake cookies for your reception. These can be purchased by the dozen and I highly recommend adding my "Gourmet Goodies" to the dessert table to spruce it up with some color (strawberries, peaches, lady locks & tassies are popular additions).
